Summary

The purpose of this workshop is to analyze the prospects and develop a plan for funding a program to search for new laws, concepts, events, facts, etc., that allow us to make a substantial contribution to the formulation of a new vision of the structure and workings of the universe.

Objective

Currently there are several active observatories using various technologies invented expressly for the acquisition of specific data on the structure and workings of the universe in extreme conditions. In turn, high energy laboratories and high precision measurements are going beyond the current boundaries of exploration in the structure of space, energy limits and of the fine structure of matter.

Both approaches are complementary and make us think that we will soon attain a revolutionary new insight into the workings of the universe.

Given the variety of instruments, the variety of proposed ideas, the variety of unresolved questions, a strategic plan is necessary to develop the ideas, perform analysis and train young researchers in these lines. This is what constitutes the objective of this meeting.
